Kindermourn
This non-profit organization was established to help grieving parents over the death of a child. It was started in 1978 and has been there to help with the strong emotions and mourning over the tragedy of child loss. The organization is having their 8th annual "Hope Floats Duck Race" at the White Water Center. This is essentially a race of rubber ducks down whitewater rapids to see who will win a grand prize of $2,500. The cash prize is not the point of the race however, it is about adopting a duck to donate to the organization. For more information on Kindermourn click here.

- Grew up in Charlotte and have seen alot of change over the years. I am blessed to be married to my husband Todd and we have two beautiful children, Hayden who is in Collge and John Robert who is in 5th grade. We have a rescued dog named Riccardo that we love! I enjoy traveling, playing cards with my husband, VEGAS, the beach, singing and volunteering at my church. I am blessed to work with my father who is my real estate assistant. He is an amazing man and shares his wisdom and humor every day. I owe my work ethic to the positive role models my parents played in my life.
